What Shipping Methods Are Available? 

We currently provide shipping with FedEx and USPS and have two-day and ground shipping options available.  When you check out the best shipping options available to your location will be displayed. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order? 

Most orders ship within 24-48hrs during normal business days from the time the order is placed. Your order will be packaged and shipped direct from NiSi USA or Fotopro USA from Los Angeles, CA. Depending on your location and the selected shipping option it will be 1-8 business days to receive your order.

Shipments to Canada may take a couple extra days. 

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 2 business days, please let us know using the contact form on our Contact Us page. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

 

WARRANTY

Do you offer a warranty?

The NiSi USA warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 12 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown. 

The NiSi warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss, or theft. Please contact NiSi directly to proceed with your warranty claim.

Fotopro has its own warranty depending on product. Consult warranty information included with each purchase for further details. 

 

Returns Policy


How Can I Return a NiSi Product?

NiSi does not accept returns for “incorrect choice” or “change of mind” so please choose your products carefully. In special cases, NiSi may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered items that are still in brand new (sealed) condition including the packaging (If an exchange is approved a 10-20% restocking fee will apply). Any freight and insurance costs to return the item to us are at your expense. This includes the liability for any lost freight.

If your NiSi Product has a manufacturer defect in our one-year warranty period, NiSi will, of course, repair or replace it for you at no cost.

How Can I Return a Fotopro Product?

Customers must inform Matt Suess within 7 calendar days after delivery for return instructions. This applies ONLY if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective:

Incorrect:

The item is not the item that you ordered. Model, size, or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

Damaged:

The item is found already damaged at time of delivery.

Defective:

The Product does not function as described by the manufacturer’s or merchant’s specifications.

All Orders must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for return:

  1. Matt Suess must be contacted no later than 7 calendar days after delivery.
  2. Item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, boxes, cards, pouches) and free gifts received with it.
  3. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  4. Item must not have been used or worn. Security seals must not be broken. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

If the Order is eligible for return as described above, the Customer will be eligible for an exchange or store credit refund. Contact Us for refund procedure.
