Matt Suess has been leading photo workshops/tours since 2012

For over two decades, I've been helping photographers transform their creative vision through hands-on field instruction in some of the world's most spectacular locations.

My workshops aren't about lecturing - they're about working alongside you in the field, sharing the techniques and artistic approaches I've developed through 34 years behind the camera, from my photojournalism roots to my current work as an OM SYSTEM Ambassador.

Whether you're shooting with a smartphone or professional gear, you'll benefit from small group sizes (typically just 6 participants), intensive one-on-one mentoring, and my down-to-earth teaching style that meets you exactly where you are in your photographic journey.

Each workshop combines technical skill-building with creative development, supported by some computer sessions, group critiques, and the camaraderie that comes from fellow photographers who love this craft as much as I do.

Matt is an authorized CUA permit holder of the National Park Service and conducts his workshops based on the permit's guidelines, including being an Authorized Permittee of Grand Teton National Park, Bryce, Arches, Badlands, & Canyonlands National Parks. All international workshops/tours have commercial permits by Matt Suess or the local agents..
