Shipping & Delivery Policy

Online courses: available immediately under My Courses in your account, and by email.
Presets, sky kits, textures and downloads: download links are emailed right away and are also under Downloadable Orders in your account.
Photo Workshops: order confirmation right away, then a welcome email with your registration form and workshop details.
1-on-1 sessions: you'll receive an email to schedule your session (to be completed within 60 days of purchase).
Gift cards: delivered by email, to you or straight to the recipient.

Shipping methods: FedEx and USPS, with two-day and ground options. The best options for your location appear at checkout.
Where we ship: the United States and Canada only.
Delivery time: most orders ship within 24–48 hours on business days, directly from NiSi USA in Los Angeles, CA. Delivery takes 1–8 business days depending on location and shipping option; Canada may take a couple of extra days.
Tracking: you'll receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, contact me and I'll find out what's going on.
