Photo Workshops

Workshop payments, transfers and cancellations follow my Workshop Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Online courses, presets, sky kits, textures and other digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final unless otherwise mentioned on the product's page. Some products include a satisfaction guarantee. When they do, it's described on that product's page.

1-on-1 Photo Review & Editing Sessions

Sessions are non-refundable and must be completed within 60 days of purchase. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice can't be rescheduled.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. They don't expire, and can be used toward any workshop, course or product in the store.

NiSi Filters

NiSi does not accept returns for "incorrect choice" or "change of mind," so please choose your products carefully. In special cases, NiSi may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered items that are still brand new (sealed), including the packaging; if an exchange is approved, a 10–20% restocking fee applies. Freight and insurance costs to return an item are your responsibility, including liability for lost freight.

Warranty: the NiSi USA warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase, with proof of purchase. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, water or fire damage, loss, or theft. If your NiSi product has a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, NiSi will repair or replace it at no cost. Please contact NiSi directly to start a warranty claim.
